At The Light Lounge Beauty, we kindly ask all clients to respect our booking policy so we can provide the best possible service for everyone.

By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Most treatments require a £10 deposit

The following treatments require a £25 deposit:
• Lounge Ultimate Glass Facial
• BioRePeel
• Lemon Bottle Skin Booster Facial
• Japanese Head Spa
Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange your appointment. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.

Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

No Shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you may be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost before any future bookings can be made.
